Lose Weight, Feel Better: A More Holistic Approach
Taking a holistic approach to weight loss, this program is intended to move at a slower pace in order to establish habits, and attempts to limit information, as to not cause overwhelm, which can be very de-motivating and one reason (of many) that can lead to non-compliance. Specifically, this plan is to help stressed out women lose weight and feel great without calorie counting; while helping them reduce stress. Each day, you will have tasks to complete.
An outline follows:
Week 1: an introduction and some reflective questions to answer, as well as preparatory work.
Week 2 and 3: focus on eliminating added sugars from the diet.
Week 4 and 5: De-stressing and sleep
Week 6: Movement and exercise

This plan is to help stressed out women lose weight and feel great without calorie counting; while helping reduce stress. It takes a holistic approach to weight loss, taking you slowly on a 6-week journey to weight loss. This plan is not a fad diet, or a quick fix. Establishing habits is what leads to things becoming easier to do, which will lead to sustainable change. Please do not progress to next steps when you are not ready to do so.
